Achham: Achham district, which is been considered remote in the Farwest, has declared as the most literate district. The Literacy Campaign District Coordinating Committee, Achham has declared the district as literate after ensuring that more than 95% of citizens of the district are literate.
The Minister for Social Development of the Far Western Province Man Bahadur Khadka on Monday declared Achham a literate district in a formal program organized at the district headquarters Mangalsai.
