Kanchanpur: Adarsh Vidya Niketan in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, known as one of the leading educational institutions in the Farwest, has promoted technology-friendly education. Adarsh has launched the AVN Digital Learning website. Through this, along with the classes, examinations will also be conducted.
From this academic session, Adarsh Vidya Niketan is starting the modern technology-friendly education system for online learning. For the first time, the annual examination of class 11 and other examinations will be conducted through online mode.

Established as one of the leading educational institutions in the Farwest, Adarsh Vidya Niketan has promoted online learning keeping in mind the academic development of the students during the corona pandemic.
The website has been developed with the private investment of the school to conduct online classes and examinations.
In the heterogeneous situation of corona infection, the concept of smart school was put forward keeping in mind the regular classes, said Dr. Bhojraj Pant, Principal of Adarsh Vidya Niketan. According to him, AVN Digital Learning has been introduced under the concept of ‘Go for Smart’ as it is not possible to conduct physical classes due to coronavirus.

“For the first time in Nepal, we have been able to develop a website for online classes and exams,” said Sima Joshi, the coordinator of Adarsh Vidya Niketan, she further added that they are preparing to conduct the examination of class 11 from AVN Digital Learning from July 26.
Especially in the Farwest, Adarsh Vidya Niketan has become the choice of students who want to study management in +2. According to coordinator Joshi, online classes have been conducted through the MS team, and homework and other reading materials have been provided to the students through the Google classroom.

In AVN Digital Learning, each student will be given a separate user ID and password. Through this, students will have access to AVN Digital Learning. During the exam, the student will be given a question paper from AVN Digital Learning. The student will have to upload the photo of the answer sheet along with each question. Adarsh’s IT Head Suraj Bhatta said that there is no compulsion to make a PDF of the entire answer sheet. He says that online learning will be easy and effective because the site has various features.
Adarsh Vidya Niketan, which has more than 800 students, has stated that the admission for the new academic year has been opened. Starting from the secondary level, AVN had started the higher secondary level in 2058 BS.
In a span of two decades, AVN which has established itself as one of the popular +2 (commerce) schools in the district has now added graduation level as well.
Adarsh has recently started BBS (Bachelor of Business Studies) course with affiliation from Tribhuvan University.
