Bhim Rawal resigned from Parliament

CPN-UML Vice-Chairman Bhim Rawal has announced his resignation from the House of Representatives. Ekendra Kunwar, close to Rawal, confirmed that Rawal had resigned from the House of Representatives.

Vice-Chairman Rawal, who is also the coordinator of the task force formed to unite the party from Madhav Nepal’s side, has announced his resignation. While some lawmakers from Madhav Nepal’s party said that they would give a vote of confidence to Deuba, Rawal was in favor of taking an institutional decision.

While Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba was preparing to take a vote of confidence in the House of Representatives today, Rawal announced his resignation.
