Facebook recently announced that it would hire 10,000 people in Europe to develop Metaverse.
What is metaverse?
Metaverse is a modified version of Virtual Reality (VR). But some have even called it the future of the Internet. Only headsets can be used instead of computers to connect to the ‘virtual world’ of all kinds of digital environments.
VR is used in most games. However, this virtual world can be practically used for work, sports, concerts, movies, or even hanging out. Facebook has made Metaverse the number one priority.
