Kathmandu, September 4. An incident has come into light where a security guard has been arrested for asking a minister to stay in line.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Jeevan Ram Shrestha visited Chhaya Center at Thamel on Friday for purpose of a biometric work. He was asked by security guard Sherjung Kunwar to stay in line.
Then, Kunwar got arrested. Minister Shrestha blamed Kunwar for indecent behavior and got him arrested by the police.
