Darshula: Tuberculosis has been detected in 31 people in the Darchula district. According to the Darchula Health Office, 31 people have been diagnosed with tuberculosis in six local levels of the district.
According to Khagendra Karki, Information Officer at the Health Office, 10 people from Naugad, 6/6 from Mahakali and Marma, 4 from Shailyashikhar, 3 from Byas, and 2 from Duhu have been diagnosed with tuberculosis. Of these, 21 are men.
It is said that 31 people, including 10 women, have contracted tuberculosis since July of the current fiscal year.
